HEATHER HENDERSON
Lead Facilitator
Heather’s mission to help children and families achieve greater success has fueled a 25-year career as a children’s services leader in the US and UK. She leads Focalize’s large-scale planning, implementation, and improvement efforts for government and non-profit agencies.
She has a proven record of leading successful implementations to deliver quality services and ongoing results to programs supporting foster care, juvenile justice systems, homelessness, refugees, those with disabilities, and more through community-based, residential, and out-patient programs.
Heather earned a BA in Education, Bucknell University (1992), and MSW and MUP, Columbia University (1997).
HUNTER TREGONING
Research Coordinator
Hunter’s passion for social justice is fueled by recognizing the value of every person. As our Research Coordinator, she conducts comprehensive, multi-method data collection always striving to integrate system-wide solutions.
Previous to this role, Hunter was a case manager on a school-based Child Study Team. She received a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Centenary University, where she was a scholarship student and earned the Academic Achievement Award (2019).
Hunter is currently a MSW candidate specializing in Global and Community Development at Monmouth University.
